Data processing is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract, providing taxi services) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest, website operation).

Phone call and WhatsApp message data is retained for 1 year after service delivery. Website visit data is stored for 26 months.
